About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a construction project for the U.S. Air Force to modify walls and lighting in multiple rooms. The project involves expanding demountable walls in Room 1300 into Room 1310 to create a private office space, relocating five light fixtures, and installing door panels between Rooms 1423/1425 and 1428/1430. Specific requirements include relocating three east-west demountable wall panels, adding an office front with one door and two blank panels, and swapping light fixtures between rooms.
The contractor must be certified by the demountable wall system manufacturer and comply with multiple technical standards, including International Building Code, National Electrical Code, and various engineering standards. Key responsibilities include obtaining necessary permits, security clearances, and base access, providing a five-year labor warranty, preparing "as-built" drawings, and ensuring all contract personnel are U.S. citizens. Work is to be completed during normal business hours (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday), with all damaged areas restored and the site cleaned within five business days of project completion.

STATEMENT OF WORK
