About this file
This Statement of Work outlines requirements for new office furniture procurement and installation at two locations: Pima Agency in Sacaton, AZ (17 sets) and Salt River Agency in Scottsdale, AZ (5 sets). The furniture requirements include electric 59"W L-shaped height-adjustable standing desks with integrated power/charging, ergonomic anti-fatigue floor mats (17x24), ergonomic drafting chairs with flip-up armrests and footrests, and Magellan tech station printer stands.
The contractor must provide commercial grade furniture within 6-8 weeks of order receipt, with delivery/installation between 8am-4pm at both single-story facilities. All products must be new (no refurbished items), part of a matching furniture line, and coordinated through a single point of contact who will manage manufacturers and service providers. The government will provide staging space for furniture packaging and assembly. The procurement aims to replace 5+ year old furniture to improve ergonomics, productivity, aesthetics, collaboration, and professional image at both agency locations.
