About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines requirements for emergency generator control circuit repairs at Building 2001. The work involves troubleshooting load sharing imbalances by an Enercon field engineer, with parts costs not to exceed $10,000. Work must be performed during regular business hours Monday-Friday, specifically targeted for January 8-9, 2025, preferably during the 1100-1200 lunch period to coordinate with mission requirements.

The SOW specifies that in-house facilities maintenance personnel will handle generator isolation and startup, with an Enercon representative required on-site to verify proper operation after repairs. Required safety compliance includes NEC and NESC codes and standards along with EM 385-1-1. The contractor must document any damage or test failures in final reports, obtain government approval before proceeding with remedies, and submit completed reports to designated personnel. This work supports a Defense Logistics Agency Distribution time and materials purchase order for which the vendor must be an authorized Enercon distributor/company partner.
