STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
Blinds/Panels for FSR office space
45 FSS/FSR BLDG 425 2ND FLOOR
DATE 15 AUG 2024
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise, required to replace the current blinds/panels that are located in the NAFAO and IT offices of Bldg 425.
1. Remove current panels and take away/dispose. Demolish and removal must be accomplished in one day with all debris/fabric and remnants must be removed from site.
2. Replace panels on all windows for FSR. We have measured windows, but they will need to be remeasured by vendor to ensure accuracy

4. The Contractor shall coordinate the planned schedule of work with the Resource Manager.
Contractor will also:
• Verify all existing dimensions and conditions before proceeding with fabrication/install.
• Clean up the work area after each workday.
• Perform work during normal business hours, Mon – Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm unless otherwise worked out in advance with the Resource Manager.
• Be responsible for protecting existing surroundings as needed.
5. Performance period is 30 days once contract awarded.
