STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements NASA-GSFC owns and operates two Flip Chip Bonders, one an FC150 and the other an FC300. These are high precision tools used in fabrication of silicon devices that are processed in the Code 553 Detector Development Lab. This system requires reliable operation and protection against failed parts in addition to maintenance by qualified field service engineers. NASA Shared Services Center has a requirement for providing annual preventative maintenance on this equipment.

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

3. Provide maintenance services for an FC150 Flip Chip Bonder and an FC300 Flip Chip Bonder.

FC150 Preventative Maintenance

- 2 Bi-Annual FC150 Preventative Maintenance Calls

- Includes up to 14 hours labor, travel, expenses, airline.

- Includes unlimited phone, e-mail and remote connect support.

- Includes use of force sensor calibration kit

FC150 Preventative Maintenance Call

- Includes 16 hours labor, travel, expenses, airline.

FC150 or FC300 Emergency Call

- Emergency Call vendor shall visit within 48 Hours Response time.

- Emergency visit shall include 16 hours labor, travel, car rental, airline.

FC150 Engineer training

- Vendor shall provide 2 days of engineering training on the FC150

- To occur during a PM visit.

FC300 Preventative Maintenance

- Includes 20 hours labor, travel, expenses, airline.

- 2 Bi-Annual FC150 Preventative Maintenance Calls

- Includes up to 16 hours labor, travel, expenses, airline.

- Includes unlimited phone, e-mail and remote connect support.

- Includes use of force sensor calibration kit

For each visit, the vendor shall provide a factory trained engineer. NASA reserves the right to request documented proof that service engineer is certified to work on listed equipment.

The vendor shall provide an engineer who is a U.S. Citizen or LPR. Alternatively, if a foreign national must conduct the visit, then the vendor shall provide names of visitors and the required documentation 30 days in advance of scheduling a visit.

Building 30, Room 009H, and B11, Room S026 of Goddard Space Flight Center

5. Period of Performance 6/1/22 – 9/8/23

6. Payment Plan

50% at date of award 50% at 6 months from award
