The SOW establishes four contract line items (CLINs): monthly comprehensive water testing at seven locations (CLIN 0001), quarterly comprehensive water testing at six locations (CLIN 0002), annual critical water testing for ionic characteristics (CLIN 0003), and non-routine comprehensive water testing for failed tests or infrastructure modifications (CLIN 0004). Testing locations include critical water points at washers, sinks, ultrasonic cleaners, and storage tanks, as well as utility water and steam condensate collection points. The contractor must report results within five business days of collection, flagging any parameters falling outside acceptable ranges. The period of performance is one base year plus four option years, with services scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
