About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) detailing the installation and configuration of a secure audio-visual and video teleconferencing system for a Command Conference Room supporting the Expeditionary Strike Group Two (ESG-2). The contractor must de-install existing Government Furnished Equipment and provide a comprehensive new system including: two 85-inch 4K displays at the front and three 65-inch displays in the rear; dual-display laptops for NIPR and SIPR networks at the credenza with additional BYOD connections; an IP-based HD VTC system with fiber isolation capability between SIPR and NIPR modes; a 12x zoom PTZ camera; a 12x8 digital signal processor for audio control; ceiling-mounted microphone array; 2-channel amplifier with six ceiling speakers; and a control processor with three 10-inch touch panels featuring custom GUI programming for system control, security classification, and status display. The system requires a 3-bay furniture-grade credenza with 12-rack unit equipment racks, cooling systems, locking doors, and an uninterruptible power supply for battery backup.
The contractor must test and commission the entire system, provide manufacturer materials and connection cables, and deliver operator training covering basic system operation, control panel navigation, room classification, presentation modes, VTC operation, audio controls, digital signage, and basic troubleshooting. Training will include development of a custom training manual specific to the installation. The Government will provide power at display and rack locations and SIPR IP connectivity. The contractor is not responsible for LAN, CATV, analog phone lines, satellite, or HVAC work; facility construction delays; damages from other contractors; or quality of Government-furnished equipment. Labor costs assume consecutive daytime working hours (typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) with the facility in a secure, dust-free condition. One-year on-site post-installation support is required, and invoicing may commence upon installation and testing completion, regardless of delays from other vendors or customer-supplied services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Labor does not include any LAN, CATV, Analog Phone lines, Satellite or HVAC work required to accommodate installation of the system proposed.
· The Labor fees quoted are based on the availability of the facility for consecutive days, and daytime working hours (typically 8-5).
· Construction of the new building must also be in a ‘secure and dust free’ condition from the environment and from theft prior to the beginning of the installation. Construction delays will delay the installation of the system proposed.
· Customer agrees that the order may be invoiced once all iSoft equipment is installed and tested to the fullest extent possible. Any delays from other vendors or customer supplied services resulting in limited use of the equipment will not be grounds for delay of payment.
· System training will be provided on the last day of the installation and will cover the basic system operation and key components. Detailed training of specific items such as “VTC” systems can be provided via manufacturer’s available webinars at no additional cost.
· iSoft will not be responsible for damages to equipment or for delays incurred by any other contractor.
· iSoft is not responsible for the quality or functionality of any owner furnished equipment.
TRAINING:
Every job performed by iSoft for installation or upgrades includes training to familiarize the client with the hardware and software of our systems. The training is intended to be “Train the Trainer” sessions wherein the client receiving the training is directly involved in oversight or management of the room and will be the “Competent Person” for that room or the related systems.
Training will consist of the following:
· An overview of the control panel and various screens on the panel.
· Room classifications (if Applicable).
· Presentation Mode (sources and destinations).
· VTC operation: dialing, camera control, sharing content in a VTC meeting.
· Audio volume controls.
· Digital Signage control (if applicable).
· Panel Setup Screen (Various Options / features available to client) i.e. flexible naming options, system off Scheduler, etc.
· Room Custom Presets.
· Overview of equipment in the rack and basic troubleshooting of system.
· How to call for Service / Assistance.
iSoft develops a “Training Manual” and this manual is a custom made manual specific to the room and setup. For that reason, iSoft makes every attempt to have this manual available for the training session. In some instances, (based on timing of the project deadlines and normal project progress) the manual may NOT be completed prior to training. The manual will be provided with the project deliverables (Project Sign Off, Equipment List, Programming Source Code, Instruction Manual and Maintenance Agreement). iSoft strives to make the training experience an easy and intuitive use of our systems, we will entertain special requests prior to training being performed. Refresher training is available at later dates although additional charges may be required (based on timing, travel requirements, etc.)
