Pipe Materials Only

Statement of Work

PART 1: GENERAL

1.1 SUMMARY

A. Description of Work: Furnishing pipe materials as per specifications, material list, and attached bid schedule. Contract is for materials only.

B. Materials Transport: Materials will be protected from damage while in transit to the site. Products must be transported/delivered in original unopened containers with manufacturer's name, brand designation, and contents legibly indicated.

C. Materials Delivery: The materials shall be delivered to the <storage location> located at 4070 Grass Creek Rd Worland, Wyoming. This location is behind a secured gate. Contractor shall have materials delivered between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM excluding weekends and federal holidays. The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer three (3) business days before delivery of material.

D. Delivery Schedule: Contractor shall deliver all fence material within one (1) month after the Award has been signed.

E. General Material Information:

•Total Pipeline = 34,000 Feet
•Design: HDPE Pipe DR 11, HDPE pipe HD-6. Pipleine 1 ½” to 2” in diameter. Rolls of pipe are in 2000’ rolls except for the 1-500’ roll of 2” HDPE pipe HD-6 200 PSI

A. 1 1/2 “Diameter HDPE pipe DR-11, 200 PSI: Pipe that is suitable applications include Potable Water, Geothermal, Reclaim Water, Intake Water, Raw Water and Wastewater. Joints are leak proof that are heat fused and fully restrained. Maintains flow rates due to resistance to corrosion and biological growth and fatigue resistant.

B. 1 1/2 “Diameter HDPE pipe DR-11, 250 PSI: Pipe that is suitable applications include Potable Water, Geothermal, Reclaim Water, Intake Water, Raw Water and Wastewater. Joints are leak proof that are heat fused and fully restrained. Maintains flow rates due to resistance to corrosion and biological growth and fatigue resistant.

PART 3: MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT

3.1 METHOD OF MEASUREMENT

A. Units: There will be no separate measurement for individual items of work done under this Contract.

3.2 BASIS OF PAYMENT

A. Payment: No direct payment for the work described under this section will be made. Consideration for this item shall be included in the bid price for other items of the Contract.

Lump Sum with attached bid schedule.
