Adam Weiss Amendment Questions (answered in RED)

1. For Part 2, Line D: “2” Diameter HDPE pipe DR-11, 400 PSI.” From what our vendors communicate with us, the highest PSI available in 2” Diameter HDPE pipe is 333 PSI (DR 7). Can you please verify that you will require that pipe to handle 400 PSI, as I am not aware that any manufacturer makes 2” HDPE pipe that will handle that 400 psi pressure rating? Will 333 PSI DR-7 pipe meet the requirements for this line item?

The 2"- 333psi- DR-7 pipe would be sufficient

2. For the 1-1/2” Diameter piping in Part 2, line B I just want to clarify that 250 PSI pipe is DR-9 (not 11). I assume I am correct in bidding DR-9, 250 PSI pipe for that

Correct, the 1-1/2" 250psi pipe should be 1-1/2"- DR-9- 250psi pipe

3. Part 2, Line C: You reference a pressure rating requirement of 335 PSI. This one is related to question 1 above. The highest pressure rating HDPE pipe that I am aware of has a pressure rating of 333 PSI (DR-7). Will 333 PSI pipe meet the requirements for this line?

The 333psi DR-7 pipe would be sufficient

4. For line one, is the request for 22,965 total rolls at 2000’ per roll, or is the request for 22,965 divided by 12 rolls, which would be 1,914 rolls?

The request for line 1 is for 12 rolls @ 2,000ft per roll (The exact feet as stated in the table (22,965) is not relevant to the request. The requested total feet will be 24,000ft with 12 rolls @ 2,000ft per roll)

5. Line# 2 : The DR standard according to the Pressure settings should be DR-9 Correct, Line #2 should be for 1-1/2"- DR-9- 250psi pipe

6. Line# 3 : The DR standard according to the Pressure settings should be DR-7 Correct, Line #3 should be for 1-1/2"- DR-7- 333psi pipe

7. Line# 4 & 5 : Could you kindly confirm the ratio required. HD-6 is not a standard rating.

Line #4 should be for 2"- DR-7- 333psi pipe;

Line #5 should be for 2"- DR-11- 200psi pipe.
