Statement of Work / Specifications REPLACE CHILLER Brazos Unit

FPC BRYAN - PROJECT 26ZSAL6

I. REQURIEMENTS

A. Scope of Work

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Prison Camp (FPC} Bryan intends to purchase supplies and materials for in-house HVAC replacement of the Brazos Unit chiller, located at 1100 Ursuline Ave. Bryan, TX 77803

All supplies and materials must be submitted with full product detail sheets and specifications.

B. Material and Supplies Requirements

1. 1160 ton Air Cooled Scroll Chiller W / Shell and Tube Evaporator

2. Full-load EER values up to 10.9 and IPLV values up to 19.0

3. ASH RAE 90.1 complaint/ AHRI certified

4. BACnet Ip & MS/TP

5. Control Panel Display

6. High efficiency variable condenser fans

7. Power Requirements: 460V / 3-phase / 60 Hz electrical supply

8. Refrigerant Type: R-32 or R 4-l0A

9. Operation from -20 °F to 125 °F ambient conditions

10. Bare Micro-Channel Condenser Coils

11. Evaporator Heater

12. Hot Gas Bypass

C. Delivery of Supplies

1. Construction related deliveries which are directly shipped to the institution can be received between the hours of 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.
