About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for the 334th Training Squadron's Air Traffic Control (ATC) radar simulator software license and system. The government seeks a contractor to provide eight Windows-based ATCoachGE training system licenses, including shipping, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting. The comprehensive package requires delivering nine workstations, multiple monitors, keyboards, headsets, and other hardware, along with one week of in-person training for four staff members and up to 40 hours of virtual services.

The platform must support specific technical capabilities, including radar air traffic control training, simulated radio voice capabilities, Windows OS compatibility, and the ability to operate without internet/WiFi. The related federal contract opportunity is a Sources Sought announcement for Keesler AFB, MS, with responses due by 11:00 AM CDT on July 17, 2025. Interested parties must email responses to specified Air Force contacts, provide company details, and confirm compliance with the Statement of Work requirements. This is a market research effort to identify potential sources for the AT Coach simulator, and no solicitation is currently being issued.
