About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details an audio-visual (A/V) teleconferencing upgrade for the Pat Frederick Conference Room in Building 3001 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The project requires a contractor to provide and install state-of-the-art videoconferencing equipment, including two 75" commercial displays, minimum two cameras, ceiling-mounted microphones and speakers, necessary cabling, connections for two NIPR Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) PCs, an integrated control system with touch panel, and supporting infrastructure like a matrix switch and surge protector.

Key technical requirements include Microsoft Teams and Teams Live compatibility, TAA compliance, DISA APL-approved equipment, and a comprehensive installation approach. The contractor must conduct a site survey, develop an installation plan, procure equipment, configure and integrate systems, provide user training, and offer a 2-year warranty. The project has a 75-day performance period, requires compliance with Air Force security regulations, and will involve preventative maintenance visits. The government will evaluate the contract on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis, with a site visit scheduled for 30 July 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT.
