Statement of Work Summary

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for repair services on United States Coast Guard (USCG) MH-65 helicopter components. The contractor is required to repair two fuel tank components: five rear fuel tanks (National Stock Number 1560-14-516-1077, Part Number 704A44-500-074) and five center right fuel tanks (National Stock Number 1560-14-516-1078, Part Number 704A44-500-073). Upon receipt, the contractor must perform test and evaluation to determine component condition. Items meeting manufacturer's minimum performance specifications and deemed Ready for Installation (RFI) will be repaired at firm-fixed prices; Non-Ready for Installation (NRFI) items will be returned with an Unsatisfactory Report Tag. All work must be performed at the contractor's facility or USCG-approved location with required test equipment and facilities provided by the contractor.

Delivery requirements specify thirty (30) calendar days for repair completion and fifteen (15) calendar days for test and evaluation following component receipt. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001 certification and one of the following: FAA/EASA Part 145 Certified Repair Facility, OEM approval, or USCG SRR Engineering-approved repair facilities. Components must be airworthy and suitable for USCG aircraft installation, tagged with appropriate serviceable condition codes, and accompanied by Certificates of Airworthiness and Conformance per FAA procedures (FAR 52.246-15). All components are tracked in the USCG Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS), and contractors must provide Significant Component History Reports (SCHR) and Component Repair Records (CRR), with CRR copies submitted to USCG ALC within five business days of work completion. The contractor must maintain copies of all documentation for ninety (90) calendar days and obtain current technical documents and Continued Airworthiness Maintenance Records (CMMs) independently, as the USCG will not provide or delay award pending receipt of such materials.
