About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details linen, mat, and mop rental, delivery, cleaning, and maintenance services for Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) locations in California. The contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality, clean linens (including butcher coats, shirts, pants, and aprons) and industrial-strength mats and mops, with weekly delivery and pickup. Services include maintaining linens and mops in good condition, replacing items with normal wear and tear at no additional cost, and ensuring 100% fill rate for every delivery.

Key requirements include coordinating with the Commissary Officer for size specifications, delivery schedules, and access procedures, providing storage containers for soiled linens, and complying with installation access and identification protocols. The contract stipulates that linens must be wrinkle-resistant, clean, and free of stains, while mats must have non-slip backing and remain flat during use. Delivery timelines are specified as within 14 days of contract award, with prompt replacements and repairs throughout the contract period. The pre-solicitation opportunity (RFI-CALINEN) is specifically for California commissary locations, focusing on maintaining a professional and hygienic environment for military personnel and their families.
