Work hours are 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. All construction materials and equipment must be coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for temporary storage. The contractor must obtain security clearance documentation for all personnel within 14 days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and shall provide written submittal of recommended equipment within 15 days, three copies of Safety Data Sheets for all materials, and an Installation Certification signed by the contractor and manufacturer's representative confirming compliance with contract requirements and manufacturer's recommendations. Full containment of abrasive blasting and painting operations is mandatory, and all coatings for interior (potable) use must be NSF/ANSI Standard 61-certified. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, OSHA, ABA, NFPA, and Life Safety codes is required throughout the contract duration.
