Statement of Work

1. INTRODUCTION

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program has a requirement to procure a replenish Keysight equipment. This replenishment is required replace equipment that has lost functionality due to broken and aging components. All the equipment is currently in NAVAIR METCALs inventory and is common of the shelf (COTS).

2. BACKGROUND

The Keysight 11901A adapter is used to make connections between Radio Frequency (RF) microwave test equipment. The Keysight 3458A-120 Digital Multimeter is used to Multimeter Calibrators, Power Supplies, Generators and many other high precision test instruments. The Keysight 478A-H75 Coaxial Thermistor Mount is used to calibrate Power Meters, Power Sensors, Spectrum Analyzers and Measuring Receivers. The Keysight 8485D Power Sensor is used to calibrate other Power Sensors, Spectrum Analyzers and Frequency Counters. The Keysight 8490D-030 Coaxial Fixed Attenuator is used to calibrate to lower the power level of a signal to avoid damaging sensitive equipment. The Keysight 85053B Verification Kit is used to calibrate a wide range of network analyzers. The Keysight 85054B Standard Mechanical Calibration Kit is used to calibrate physical properties of RF Microwave Type-N connectors. The Keysight 909D Coaxial Termination is used to calibrate Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers and Measuring Receivers. The Keysight E36104B-OEM Direct Current (DC) Power Supply is used to provide power various instruments and sensors. The Keysight Y1213A PXI EMC Filler Panel Kit is used to cover open ports on the Keysight PXI equipment in the Navy’s inventory.

3. SCOPE

The scope of this effort is to procure thirty 11901A, fifteen 8485D-100-H84, four 8490D-030, three 85053B, one 85054B, fourteen 909D-011, one hundred sixty-four 3458A-120, one E36104B-OEM, eighteen Y1213A and three 478A-H75.

5. REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Material Requirements

The Offeror shall provide the required quantities of the part numbers listed in section 3.

5.2 Installation and Training Requirements

5.3 Logistic Requirements

5.3.1 Operator/Service Manual (CDRL T001). A Technical manual for the operation and/or service of the products shall be provided in accordance with CDRL T001.

5.3.2 Calibration Certification and/or Certificate of Conformance Reporting (CDRL A001). A calibration certification with calibration data or certificate of conformance shall be provided with each part number in accordance with CDRL A001.

5.3.3 Warranty. The manufacturer shall provide the minimum commercial warranty for the system of at least one (1) calendar year from date of shipment.

5.3.4 Warranty Sticker. Each current system shall have a sticker affixed to the outside of the unit enclosure.
