Statement of Work (SOW)

1. Introduction The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) Family and Child Education (FACE) Program seeks to enhance family engagement and early learning outcomes by integrating evidence-based, high-quality resources that support parents as their child's first and most influential teacher. To achieve this objective, the FACE Program will collaborate with a vendor on a comprehensive parenting curriculum developed by Teaching Strategies, to provide accessible, culturally relevant, and engaging learning experiences for families.

2. Scope of Work This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the roles and responsibilities of the vendor in providing services to FACE program participants. The vendor will supply a digital platform, professional development, and tailored content designed to empower families and educators in promoting early literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional development.

3. Objectives

• Provide FACE program participants with access to digital platform.

• Digital platform must integrate with Teaching Strategies for Early Childhood curriculum.

• Offer research-based and developmentally appropriate family engagement tools.

• Deliver professional development and training for FACE program staff.

• Support data tracking and impact analysis to measure program effectiveness.

4. Description of Services
