About this file
This is a draft Statement of Requirements for sUAS detection, identification, and tracking services at Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, Alabama.
The 42d Security Forces Squadron seeks to procure a one-year service contract (July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027) for sUAS detection and analysis capabilities. The requirement includes three primary deliverables: (1) one annual sUAS detection, identification, and tracking data service lease providing graphical user interface, real-time actionable intelligence via data subscription, recording of sUAS and pilot data (type, location, speed, altitude, operator ID, UAS ID), historical data access for minimum 30 days, accessibility on government-owned desktop workstations, LTE network operation with spectrum deconfliction, and full integration with the existing AeroDefense system; (2) two annual sUAS Alert/Detection Zone Subscriptions covering the entirety of both installations with capability to monitor from a single point via single sign-on, including installation and calibration; and (3) one-time system operator training and "train the trainer" certification course. All items must be brand new, and the contractor must provide OEM standard commercial warranties, software updates, and maintenance through either vendor or certified on-site technician. Service performance locations are Building 929 on Maxwell AFB and Building 834 on Gunter Annex. Security requirements mandate contractor notification 30 days prior to on-base performance, REAL ID-compliant identification for all personnel, base identification and vehicle passes, compliance with base traffic regulations, and restrictions on establishing independent IT systems or wireless networks without Program Manager approval.
