About this file

This is a Statement of Requirements for sUAS Detection, Identification, and Tracking Equipment to support the 42d Security Forces Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base and Gunter Annex, Alabama. The 42d SFS seeks a one-year service contract from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 for software subscription services and training to complement the existing Air Warden V2 system already installed at the installation.

The primary deliverables include: (1) one annual sUAS detection, identification, and tracking data service lease providing a graphical user interface with real-time actionable intelligence, 30-day historical data access, and full integration with the existing AeroDefense system; (2) two annual sUAS Alert/Detection Zone Subscriptions offering detection and tracking capabilities for both registered and non-registered sUAS operations across both facilities at a minimum of 400 feet above ground level, with installation and calibration included; and (3) one-time system operator certification training and "train the trainer" instruction. The system must operate on LTE network, be compatible with existing sUAS Remote ID Receiver, be accessible on government-owned desktop workstations, and be accessible from a single monitoring point with single sign-on capability. All items must be brand new; refurbished items are not authorized.
