Additional specifications include a dovetail tail with 5-foot double hinged spring-assisted flip-over ramps, treated pine floor, ST235/80 R-16 Load Range E radial tires with 8-lug bolt pattern, front spare tire mount with matching spare tire, 12,000-lb drop-leg jack, 3/8-inch Grade 70 safety chains with safety latch hooks, stake pockets along both sides spaced 24 inches on center, 7-way RV trailer plug with recessed LED lighting and sealed cold-weather wiring harness, professional black finish with primer, and four 4-inch by 30-foot straps.

The contractor is responsible for all transportation, offloading, and positioning of the trailer at the designated location, with delivery required no later than 60 days after the date of procurement. No installation, site preparation, or utility connection is required. Upon delivery, the trailer will be inspected by a designated Coast Guard representative, and acceptance is contingent upon the trailer meeting all specified requirements and being free of defects or damage. All materials and components must be new and free from defects, all work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and any deviation from the specified requirements must receive written approval from the Coast Guard prior to delivery. STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT (SOR)

Coast Guard Port Security Unit 301 – Trailer Procurement 3426 Beaman Rd, Buzzards Bay MA, 02542.

1. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE

This requirement is for the procurement and delivery of a mobile trailer to support the operational needs of the Coast Guard Port Security Unit 301 at 3426 Beaman Rd, Buzzards Bay MA, 02542. The trailer will be used as a temporary workspace and/or storage facility to enhance mission readiness and operational flexibility.

2. SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT

The contractor shall provide and deliver one (1) new or unused mobile trailer meeting the following minimum specifications:

• Model: 25PH-20+5

• Dimensions: Bed Length: 25'; Bed Width: 102"; Tongue Length: 70"

• Weight & Capacity: GVWR: 25,900 lbs; GAWR (Each Axle): 12,000 lbs; Empty Weight: 5,800 lbs; Cargo Capacity: 20,100 lbs

• Pull Type & Coupler: Pintle pull type with 3" ID Pintle Ring coupler

• Axles: 2 - 12,000# Premium, Cambered Axles with Oil Bath and Valcrum Caps

• Brakes: Forward Self-Adjusting Electric Brakes on Both Axles

• Suspension: Heavy-Duty 30,000#, Adjustable

• Frame & Construction: 12" I-Beam frame; 3" Channel cross-members; 3/16" Fabricated Front Stop Rail; 3/8" Heavy Duty Rub Rail

• Tail & Ramps: Dovetail type with 5' Double Hinged, Spring Assisted Flip-Over Ramps

• Floor: Treated Pine Floor

• Tires & Wheels: ST235/80 R-16 Load Range E Radial Tires; 8-Lug bolt pattern

• Spare Tire: Front Spare Tire Mount with ST235/80 R-16 Load Range E Radial Spare Tire included

3. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

• Trailer must be delivered to 3426 Beaman Rd, Buzzards Bay MA, 02542 no later than [60 days after date of procurement].

• Contractor is responsible for all transportation, offloading, and positioning of the trailer at the designated location.

• No installation, site preparation, or utility connection is required under this solicitation.

• All delivery and handling must comply with Coast Guard security and access requirements.

4. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

• The trailer will be inspected upon delivery by the designated Coast Guard representative.

• Acceptance is contingent upon the trailer meeting all specified requirements and being free of defects or damage.
