About this file

The Statement of Qualifications Requirements is a solicitation document from a local government entity in Florida for Business Mentoring, Consulting and Training Services. The document outlines specific requirements for vendors seeking to provide business development support through The Greenhouse, with vendors required to submit a comprehensive Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes a transmittal letter, experience and reference projects, firm-specific qualifications, references, contractual history, licenses/certifications, and insurance documentation.

Vendors must demonstrate experience in supporting businesses across various locations including local government, chambers of commerce, educational institutions, and nonprofit entities, with specific focus on business stages such as startup, growth, expansion, and access to capital. The SOQ requires submission of five reference projects completed within the past five years, three client references, documentation of any contractual failures, current Florida licenses or certifications, and a certificate of insurance. The document emphasizes the need for vendors to showcase their capabilities in business mentoring, consulting, and training, with a particular interest in providers who can offer structured training programs covering ethics, best practices, CRM usage, surveying, co-mentoring, and inclusive environments.
