About this file
This Sources Sought Synopsis is a market research document issued by the Air Force seeking potential sources for repairing, overhauling, and/or remanufacturing multiple aircraft engine fuel components. The requirement involves 14 specific National Stock Number (NSN) components, including spray ring assemblies, compression sensors, temperature sensors, fuel flow regulators, and injector assemblies. These items are classified as Critical Safety Items (CSI) and require a Source Approval Request (SAR) prior to contract award.
The market research is open to all businesses, with specific encouragement for Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 8(a) businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses. Interested companies must submit a detailed Contractor Capability Survey by 1:30 pm CDT on 13 November 2025, addressing technical capabilities, past performance, quality assurance processes, repair experience, and other key operational aspects. Respondents are advised that participation in this market survey does not guarantee future solicitation or contract award, and the government will not reimburse any expenses associated with the survey.
