2. PROGRAM DETAILS: The requirement is for the inspection, repair, and testing of the Module Test Fixture (MTF), NSN: 6625-01-441-1608AH (Part number C007326-01). The MTF is part of the Nuclear Certification Test Station (NCTS). Nuclear Certification Test Station: which is the support equipment used for WSCC Weapon System Processor (WSP) certification/verification, and programming tasks at the missile wings. It performs three primary functions: Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) certification / verification, Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM) programming and Weapon System Processor (WSP) drawer certification. The NCTS is used to certify and verify components of the Minuteman command and control system. The weapon system components that are capable of being certified or verified by the NCTS include the weapon system digital computer CP-2076(V)6/GSW, otherwise known as the Weapon System Processor (WSP), and three of its Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs): the Single Module Computer 810 (SMC- 810), the Extended Memory Array Dynamic (EMAD), and the asynchronous / synchronous serial interface (RMB32). The NCTS is also capable of programming the Programmable Read-Only Memories (PROMs) mounted on the Single Module Computer

(SMC)-810.

The NCTS consists of the following items: the computer processor assembly, consisting of a Personal Computer (PC) and the necessary PC operator peripherals; a dot matrix printer; the circuit card Module Test Fixture (MTF); the WSP Test Fixture (WTF); two system circuit cards, an SMC-810 and a RMB32; the cable kit; two portable Maintenance Work Platforms (MWPs); and the Nuclear Certification Test Program (NCTP).

the cable kit; two portable Maintenance Work Platforms (MWP); and uses the Nuclear Certification Test Program (NCTP) software. After power application and initialization of the NCTS, the operator selects the function(s) to be performed. Then the NCTS, under direction of the NCTP, initiates function(s), returns status indications, requests inputs, and returns pass/fail responses to the operator.

The S-133-32102 Part II Acceptance Test Requirements define specific functional requirements of the WSP and its individual components. The NCTS T.O. 33D9-54-100-1 is an operational set of instructions on how to set up and operate the NCTS testing equipment and test procedures. The NCTS T.O. does not go into depth on the tests being performed by the NCTP software and cannot be compared to the acceptance testing requirements of the S-133-32102 Part II document.
