About this file

This file is a technical questions spreadsheet for a Sources Sought Notice (SSN #PSC347827) issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration. The document outlines 13 technical questions that prospective contractors must address regarding FedHealth IT Software Licensing and Operation Maintenance Services for the Federal Occupation of Health (FOH). Key questions address licensing capabilities (enterprise and per-person options), ability to perform all required services per the draft SOW, subcontracting needs and proportions, relevant prior experience within the past five years, security clearance capabilities, schedule feasibility, support service delivery, RFQ response timelines, lead time requirements from award notification to work commencement, and capacity to execute contract transition within 30 days of award.

The spreadsheet requires respondents to submit a Capabilities Statement limited to a maximum of three relevant projects completed within the past five years, with each project including the customer name, customer point of contact/client email, total contract value, period of performance, brief service description, and CPARS availability status. Respondents must also provide a suggested NAICS code and product service code (PSC) with their capability statement. The notice explicitly directs applicants to provide only relevant information directly related to the requirement rather than general capability statements, establishing a focused evaluation process for this pre-solicitation phase.
