About this file
This document is a sole source justification for a preventative maintenance service contract for a Trion Phantom II tool. The Defense Microelectronics Activity is seeking annual preventative maintenance services for the Trion Phantom II and associated components from Trion Technologies. Trion Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer of the Phantom II tool and has provided similar maintenance services to the Defense Microelectronics Activity under prior contracts. The estimated cost for the base year plus four option years is redacted. The justification cites that Trion Technologies is the sole authorized service provider and does not authorize any third parties to service this equipment.
