Does your company have access to STAR’s MMS proprietary infrastructure?

c) The purpose of this effort is for operational and maintenance support, training, system enhancement, and documentation for the CPD MMS created by STAR. The contractor will provide services for software upgrades to the MMS, delivery of hardware to implement the modeling capabilities, and full time on-site support to facilitate system implementation, troubleshooting, and training. Does your company have the access and permission to perform software upgrades, hardware configurations and on-site support of the STAR proprietary MMS?
