About this file
Citizens Property Insurance Corporation has issued a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (No. SS25-2003) for an Enterprise Litigation Management System, seeking to continue existing services with TrialNet, Inc. dba Acuity. The procurement is for a 12-month license term of the Acuity 3X platform, a SaaS-based solution used by Citizens' internal staff and outside counsel to manage legal matters, with a posted response deadline of June 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET. The system supports comprehensive legal management functions including trend analysis reporting, billing management and auditing, document storage, and enhanced communication between Citizens and its outside defense counsel.
The single-source purchase is estimated at approximately $700,000.00, with the primary justification being the need to maintain continuity of the existing enterprise litigation management system during a transition period. The intended vendor, TrialNet, Inc. (a subsidiary of Mitratech Holdings, Inc.), is the current system provider, and the procurement aims to ensure an effective implementation of a new litigation management system. Prospective vendors are invited to provide information about their ability to supply the described services, with Citizens reserving the right to determine if the services are available from only a single source after reviewing any submitted information.
