About this file
The document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) from the Florida Department of Revenue, seeking to renew and migrate current Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) licenses. The procurement covers various ArcGIS Online and Pro subscriptions, including Professional Plus User Type, Creator User Type, Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst, StreetMap Premium, and Location Sharing User Type Extensions. The contract term is from 6/1/2025 to 5/31/2024, with a posting date of 4/2/25 and a last day for receipt of information on 4/23/25.
The estimated dollar amount for this single-source acquisition is $36,315.00, justified by ESRI's proprietary nature of data, tools, apps, content, and licenses that are not available from other vendors. The procurement is specifically for the Property Tax Oversight Compliance Determination Field Services Process, with approval from Faith Ballard (PTO Contract Manager) and Rene Lewis (PTO Director). The document invites prospective vendors to provide information about their ability to supply the described commodities or services, with the potential for the agency to confirm the single-source nature of the procurement.
