About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice for machine shop repair and maintenance services at the Joint Armament Facility (JAF) located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Respondents are requested to provide seven categories of information: (1) firm name, point of contact, phone, email, DUNS number, CAGE code, small business status and certifications (SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB), and corresponding NAICS code; (2) interest in competing as prime contractor and details of any subcontracting, joint ventures, or teaming arrangements; (3) previous experience on similar requirements including size, scope, complexity, timeframe, certifications, realistic proposal preparation timeline, and lead time needed from award notification to work start; (4) commercial availability of services including pricing, pricing basis, delivery schedules, terms and conditions, and warranties; (5) recommendations for structuring contract requirements to facilitate small business competition; (6) identification of any conditions unnecessarily restricting competition, with contact information for the MICC Advocate for Competition; and (7) recommendations to improve specifications or the draft Performance Work Statement. Potential offerors are instructed to monitor the Governmentwide Point of Entry for any future solicitation release.
