About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Revenue - Property Tax Oversight (PTO) division. The agency is seeking to procure live, human-based proctoring services for online exams for its Certification & Training courses. The single source vendor identified is ProctorU, Inc. (Meazure Learning), which is the only live proctoring service that integrates with the online testing platform used by PTO. The term of the proposed contract is one year, with an estimated dollar amount of $36,750. Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to provide the requested services by June 21, 2022.
The justification for the single source acquisition is that ProctorU, Inc. (Meazure Learning) is the only live proctoring service that integrates with the Test.com/Gauge platform utilized by PTO for its Certification & Training courses, and this integration is necessary to ensure exam integrity. The intended single source acquisition must be approved by several PTO and Department of Revenue officials prior to contract award.
