Section C.5.5.: No, the pouch shall be picked up from the Embassy at 8:00-10:00AM and delivered to the airport as soon as possible to catch up the next available flight.
“no subcontractors” requirement is not very clear as we use third party handlers in Airport for our charter operations.
The Contractor shall not subcontract any other companies for picking up/unloading mail at the Embassy, transportation of mail to/from the airport, performing customs clearance. The Customs warehouse has their laborers and fee requirements and the airfreight is subcontracted.
