About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) General Services Division for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) to obtain a contractor to provide seven different 24"x36" posters with a high-quality digital print depicting life in ancient Ohio during the Ordovician period. The ITB requests 200 posters printed on 80# silk finish cover stock, trimmed with full bleed, and packaged in shrink-wrapped or kraft paper packs of 50, boxed in quantities of 100. Delivery is required by July 15, 2024 or sooner to the ODNR Collins Lab facility in Delaware, Ohio. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest overall bid price for the estimated quantities.
Pricing terms specify that bids cannot include more than 3 digits after the decimal point. The ITB does not mention any set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or other salient financial details. It does require bidders to complete an Affirmation and Disclosure Form regarding the location of business operations and data storage in response to Executive Order 2022-02D on prohibitions related to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
