This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of audible visual alarm devices for helicopters, issued by DLA Procurement Operations at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The solicitation number is SPRWA1-26-Q-0019, with an issue date of 30 July 2026.

The requirement is for 16 units of an Audible Visual Alarm (NSN 6350-00-459-7701) certified to specification 209-075-326-001, CAGE 97499, with manufacturer part number 209-075-326-001. The alarm is a warning device that measures rotor RPMs on helicopters and consists of metal components including printed circuit boards, connectors, and lamps. The required delivery is 30 days after contract award, with delivery to DLA Distribution Warner Robins at Building 376, Robins AFB, Georgia 31098-1887. The item is firm fixed price, and contractors must quote the full quantity and meet delivery terms to be considered fully responsive. Government and commercial surplus materials are acceptable with traceability documentation and pictures required. Contractors must provide supply chain traceability documentation per DLAD procurement notes. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin, with standard inspection procedures and IUID (Unique Item Identifier) requirements applicable. The acquisition is unrestricted with no small business set-aside. Offers must remain firm for 30 days from the solicitation date. Evaluation criteria prioritize quantity, quality, and delivery schedule over price. Payment will be made per Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) procedures, and the contract is rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
