PART I - THE SCHEDULE
SECTION B
SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS
Quantity: The minimum quantity is established as 10 each (including 2 each for First Article) and a maximum of 32 each over the entire 5 year ordering period. The quantities reflected in the Schedule and Pricing Matrix are based on the actual history and projected requirements.
Note 1: The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for the supplies specified herein. The total period of performance for the Indefinite Delivery/Requirements
Contract will not exceed five (5) years and the resultant contract will have one (1) five year ordering period. The Government has established a minimum of 10 each (including 2 each of First Article) and a maximum of 32 each for CLIN 1001 over the entire 5 year period.
Note 2: Pricing periods will be established under a “Pricing Matrix”, included under Section J – List of
Attachments, identifying kinds, quantities and unit prices for Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006 and 1001 for the five year ordering period. CLINs within the solicitation may contain quantity ranges but are not limited to the quantity breakouts. Unit prices for quantity ranges should be established based on the "most economical range" falling in the particular quantity range and under the appropriate Pricing Period. The Pricing Matrix purpose is to be the Ordering Menu for all orders placed/issued over the life of the contract. The contractor is encouraged to provide economic price breaks that are considered advantageous to both the contractor and the Government.
Estimated contract value is determined based on the maximum quantity under each Pricing Period extended by the applicable unit price for that period as shown on the Pricing Matrix. For purposes of proposal submission and evaluation, supporting documentation will be provided for the Quantity Range for each Pricing Period and will follow the parameters set forth in FAR 15.403‐5(b)(1) unless stated to be otherwise made available upon request.
Estimated contract value is determined based on the maximum quantity under each Pricing Period extended by the applicable unit price for that period as shown on the Pricing Matrix, not total evaluated price or TEP (See Pricing Matrix).
PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Evaluation Criteria for Award id defined in Section M of this solicitation. Calculation for Total
Evaluated Price is shown with Pricing Matrix Attachment.
Period of Contract Performance will begin upon date of basic contract award announcement. Specific dates shall be established subsequent to contract award.

SECTION F
DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE
52.211-8 TIME OF DELIVERY (JUN 1997)
(IAW FAR 11.404(a)(2))
(a) The Government requires delivery to be made according to the following schedule:
DELIVERY FOR EACH ITEM IS ANNOTATED IN THE SCHEDULE (PART I SECTION B) UNDER EACH LINE
ITEM.
The Government will evaluate equally, as regards time of delivery, offers that propose delivery of each quantity within the applicable delivery period specified above. Offers that propose delivery that will not clearly fall within the applicable required delivery period specified above, will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The Government reserves the right to award under either the required delivery schedule or the proposed delivery schedule, when an offeror offers an earlier delivery schedule than required above. If the offeror proposes no other delivery schedule, the required delivery schedule above will apply.
ANNOTATE YOUR PROPOSED DELIVERY, IF ANY, UNDER THE GOVERNMENT’S DELIVERY SET FORTH
UNDER EACH ITEM IN THE SCHEDULE.
(b) Attention is directed to the Contract Award provision of the solicitation that provides that a written award or acceptance of offer mailed, or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, results in a binding contract. The Government will mail or otherwise furnish to the offeror an award or notice of award not later than the day award is dated. Therefore, the offeror should compute the time available for performance beginning with the actual date of award, rather than the date the written notice of award is received from the Contracting Officer through the ordinary mails. However, the Government will evaluate an offer that proposes delivery based on the Contractor's date of receipt of the contract or notice of award by adding (1) five calendar days for delivery of the award through the ordinary mails, or (2) one working day if the solicitation states that the contract or notice of award will be transmitted electronically. (The term "working day" excludes weekends and U.S. Federal holidays.) If, as so computed, the offered delivery date is later than the required delivery date, the offer will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.
(Applicable when the Government desires delivery by a certain time but requires delivery by a specified later time, and the delivery schedule is to be based on the date of the contract)
