About this file
This is an Amendment to Solicitation (Amendment 0002) issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support (Huntsville) for solicitation number SPRRA2-26-R-0008, dated January 27, 2026. The amendment provides official government responses to four vendor questions regarding a five-year Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for components with part number 11457604. Key contractual details include a minimum quantity of 43 units to be awarded with the basic contract, followed by an estimated 9 units per year thereafter, with the first delivery order to be issued for the full 43 units. No Qualified Supplier List (QSL) is required for the components. Vendors may request a minimum quantity per delivery order and are permitted to submit range pricing as an additional addendum if necessary due to component minimum order quantities. Technical documentation including the top-level assembly drawing and parts list are available through the Technical Data Package (TDP) file and will be provided to interested vendors who request drawings via DoD SAFE.
The proposal submission deadline is February 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment via email by signing and returning it with their proposal. All future questions or communications must be directed to Contracting Officer Nicole Thompson at Nicole.Thompson@dla.mil or Contract Specialist Rodney Haygood at Rodney.Haygood@dla.mil. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged unless otherwise specified in this amendment.

Questions and Answers
The following table lists the questions submitted by vendors and the official Government responses.
No. Vendor Question Government Response
1. Qualified Supplier List (QSL): We did not see specific call-outs regarding a QSL for the components. Is there a QSL for this NSN? We want to ensure that our components meet the technical requirements and are assembled according to the drawings, so we are in full compliance.
There are no specifics or call-outs regarding a QSL listed in any of the documents, so it is not required.
2. Ordering Intervals: The solicitation for the 5-year IDC specifies a minimum of 43 units in the first year and an estimated 9 units per year thereafter. Does the DLA anticipate issuing a bulk order for the initial 43 units, or will they be ordered in intervals?
The first delivery order will be generated and issued for QTY 43 units.
3. Minimum Delivery Quantities: Are we able to request a minimum quantity per delivery order? This information will help us price the proposal more competitively, as there are
Please review page 4 of the Solicitation which states: The Government’s minimum quantity to be awarded simultaneously with the award of the basic contract is 43 each. Although components that have minimum order quantities.
vendors are able to provide range prices as an additional addendum to their proposal if necessary.
4. We are unable to identify the top-level assembly drawing for PN 11457604. Most of the available documentation appears to be related to sub-assemblies and connectors.
With that in mind, would you be able to share any additional data or documentation associated with this part number?
The top drawing and PL are listed in the package content in the TDP file which are C4 documents. These files will be provided to interested vendors who have requested drawings via DoD SAFE.
