About this file

This document provides the special packaging instructions for circuit card and printed circuit board assemblies under the federal contract opportunity SPRBL1-21-R-0013. The special packaging instructions specify that the assemblies must be cleaned, dried, packed, and marked according to Military Standards. They provide details on unit packaging, unitization, and palletization requirements. The instructions also require that all wood packaging materials meet the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for the C5ISR Gateway to Sustainment program. It seeks to purchase a wide range of C5ISR supplies and services over ten years to support the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command and Defense Logistics Agency. The estimated contract award is December 2021 with a total value not to exceed $3.2 billion over the ten year period. The solicitation utilizes full and open competition procedures and will result in multiple IDIQ contracts reserving awards for small businesses. The contract will require at least 40% of awarded order value to go to small businesses.
