BLOCK #s 11, 12, 13: As required. RFV (Deviation and/or Waiver) shall be submitted per cited TRD Para. 3.1.7 and BLOCK 14 herein.

Allow NLT 30 business days for Government review RFVs (Deviation and/or Waiver) to render acceptance or disapproval disposition provided all Contractor required information on request have been submitted as part of initial submission or timely thereafter.

BLOCK 14: A respectively dated cover letter addressed to PCO/KO with Contract Specialist & Contracting Officer Representative (COR) under distribution shall accompany the RFV. RFVs shall be submitted and exchanged electronically in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, or PowerPoint) or Acrobat PDF. Alternate formats may be allowed subject to Government request for review and advanced approval provided such format meets the Government usage needs on its Product Data Management Platform. All RFVs submissions shall include pictures.

The Contractor shall deliver all INU non-commercial source code, executable code, software support information, including “as built” design information and compilation, build, and modification procedures.

The Contractor shall also deliver any non-commercial compilers, scripts, and libraries that are needed to develop the INU software. Although the Contractor is required to deliver commercial software components in executable format, the Government does not require delivery of commercial software source code or commercial software documentation that is not customarily provided to the public (except modifications to commercial source code or commercial software documentation made to meet the requirements of this contract).

Block 14: The Contractor shall submit the report to the the USG in accordance with TRD Para 3.1.11. Conditions for delivery of this technical data are defined in TRD Para 3.1.11. In the event that the Contractor is required to deliver technical data, the Contractor shall upload the technical data to the Government IDE (Integrated Data Environment) into the Government directed folder, and the Contractor shall route to the addressees as required in Block 14.

Block 4: Under Use/relationship in third sentence, ignore “which specify delivery of software developed for the Government.” This DID is also applicable to any software supporting the INU for which source code is delivered under this contract. Documentation will be provide for all software items delivered to the Government IAW CMMI-3.
