This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity SPMYM1-26-Q-4128 regarding procurement of a VersaKing 3-inch wall system mobile office unit for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia.

The government will evaluate all quotes and proposals based on meeting or exceeding the specified technical specifications and drawings rather than requiring a brand-specific VersaKing system. All electrical and HVAC components must be factory-installed and operational prior to delivery. Quotes must include product data sheets, drawings, warranty information, and a technical compliance statement. No domestic content, Buy American, electrical listing, HVAC, or fire/life-safety certifications are required. The government will consider all lead times, though the initial request targeted a 6–8 week delivery window after award. The mobile office unit's dimensions and layout, including door, window, and power hookup placements, are determined by the specific building location and operational requirements within NNSY.
