The Defense Logistics Agency intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for a base period with option years extending up to five years total. Services include supplies and incidental services for survival gear, tactical equipment, vision enhancing equipment, communication devices, diving equipment, thermal protection, load carrying systems, lethality support items, survival kits, and mountain climbing gear. The estimated value is $4 billion for the base period increasing up to $10 billion if all options are exercised.
