SPECIFICATION SHEET

Mountain Home AFB, ID

UPS System

6 September 2019

1. SCOPE OF WORK: Install UPS system along with battery bank/cabinet & manual bypass at the day & time of buyers choosing. The contractor shall disconnect the entire current UPS system and batteries in a manner to where the batteries and system can be easily separated and moved for transportation and proper disposal. The contractor shall install the entire new system, meeting all salient characteristics within this specifications sheet.

2. Entire UPS system, battery bank/cabinet & manual bypass shall come with an industry standard of a 1 year limited warranty.

2.1.Contractor must provide a commissioning service from the manufacture for the system being purchased.

2.1.1. Commissioning service shall be conducted on the final day of installation.

2.1.1.1.Coordination of the commissioning service will be accomplished by the contractor.

3. A successful test of the system will be conducted before ownership of the system can be transferred to the buyer.

4. UPS topology 4.1.UPS shall be online double conversion with .9 output power factor, consisting of three 20kVA/18kW power modules. UPS shall include an internal maintenance bypass and pre-installed HTML based network card.

5. System will NOT be at end of life and/or currently being phased out. System must contain the following salient characteristics:

5.1. Input

5.1.1. 60 kVA

5.1.2. Nominal Voltage (Vac) 120/208V 50/60Hz

5.1.3. Phase 3φ4W+PE

5.1.4. 350 Amps Max

5.1.5. 2 panels 120/208V Phase 3φ4W 225A Main

5.1.5.1.Each panel must contain a minimum of 42 spaces

6. Batteries

6.1.1. Batteries (need to be internal to system) providing at minimum 3 minutes at full 54kW load.

6.1.2. Battery string shall be +/- 120V consisting of 20 x 9ah Valve-Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries.

7. Output

7.1 Capacity (VA) 60,000

7.2. Phase 3φ4W+PE

7.3. Static Bypass Transfer Time 0 milliseconds

8. Additional Features

8.1. Touch Screen Display - Three-phase input voltage, input frequency, three-phase output voltage, load, battery voltage, battery charging/discharging current, etc.

8.2. Communication Function - RS232/RS485

8.3.Protection Function – Output short-circuit protection, overload protection, over-temperature protection, battery low-voltage protection, output over-voltage/low-voltage protection

8.4.Maintenance bypass panel. Wall mounted 3-breaker bypass rated at 225A, @ 208V with kirk key interlock shall be provided.

9. Network Monitoring

9.1. Minimum one CAT 5 port for wired connections to system

9.2. Any wireless monitoring feature must be physically disabled or not present on the unit
