SPECIFICATION SHEET

Mountain Home AFB, ID

Aircraft Structural Maintenance CNC Press Brake 26 March 2026

1. GENERAL: The 366th Fighter Wing located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires one (1) CNC press brake to include installation and onsite training of Government personnel on all equipment.

2. CNC Press Brake MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: Brake must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics:

2.1. Physical Characteristics

2.1.1. Approach speed 2”/ sec

2.1.2. Back Guage Motor (HP) ½

2.1.3. Bending capacity – Length – 98”

2.1.4. Bending Speed .6”/sec

2.1.5. Distance between housings 80”

2.1.6. Distance from table to ram – 14 in”

2.1.7. Distance per stroke 4.7”

2.1.8. Gross weight 10850 lbs

2.1.9. input power 220V 3 phase

2.1.10. Maximum bend degree 135

2.1.11. Motor Phase 3

2.1.12. Rating tons 70

2.1.13. Throat depth 9.75”

2.2. Warranty

2.2.1. 1 year standard warranty

3. INSTALLATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items needed to setup/install the requested CNC press brake.

3.1. The Contractor shall install all requested equipment in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s specifications.

3.2. The Contractor shall ensure proper operation of the installed CNC Press brake.

3.3. Any equipment not functioning properly IAW manufacture’s specifications shall be diagnosed and repaired by the Contractor.

3.4. The Contractor shall ensure cleanliness of Government facility is maintained at all times.

3.5. The Government will inspect facility for cleanliness prior to Contractor’s departure.

3.6. Any damage done to Government property by the Contractor shall be repaired by the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense.

4. TRAINING: The Contractor shall conduct training of entire system to Government personnel.

4.1. Following completion of installation by purchaser, the Contractor shall provide technical support if there are any issues either by telephone or in person.

5. SPECIFICS:

3.1. Shipping must be included in the quotation.

3.1.1. Contractor shall deliver to 366 MXS Squadron Building– 230 Phantom Ave bldg.

3.1.2. Delivery will be no later than 30 days after date of contract (ADC).
