SPECIFICATIONS

The Sustainable Biofuels and Coproducts Research Unit (SBCP) at the USDA-ARS Eastern Regional Research Center requires a high pressure metering pump to convert bio-oil blends into hydrocarbon compounds for use in fuel applications. Pump should be supplied with controller allowing variable flow rates to study impact of flow and pressure on product conversion efficiency and chemical compound conversion objectives.

1. High Pressure Gear Pump

a. Brand new system, no refurbished or used parts allowed

b. 5,000 psig delivery pressure

c. Capable of 0.01-200 ml/min flow rate

d. Capable of pumping viscous liquids (50 cp)

e. Equipped with Digital/Analog inputs and outputs along with Ethernet connectivity for remote control

f. Powered by US 120V electrical outlet

g. Include Digital Controller
