About this file
This document outlines the specifications for an Automatic Targeting system Lift Unit Version 2, Ballistic Shield V2 Kit, and Screen Printed Target for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the state of Illinois. The required system must be able to sense when a bullet passes through the target and allow for multiple hits before reacting. The target must have different hit zones, and the system must be able to be configured to only react when specific zones are hit. The contract allows for "or equal" submissions that meet the required performance and quality standards.
The contract opportunity is for the WSRC Target lift unit. No additional details about the contract, such as the quantities required, response dates, or term of the contract, are provided in the document.

“The use of a brand name is for describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. "Or equal" submissions will not be rejected because of minor differences in design, construction or features that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder”.
