The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking quotes for this project, which involves printing 3,000 copies of the book. The book will include all statutes from the 2018 edition as well as any additional statutes determined by the purchaser, along with legislative updates from the 2019-2022 sessions of the Illinois General Assembly. The book will be printed in the Illinois Compiled Statutes format, with a perfect bound T3S binding, a quick tab locator on the back cover, and no pages or loose flyers advertising other publications. The successful bidder will also provide a non-copyrighted Adobe Acrobat PDF electronic version of the book to the purchaser for placement on their public website. The books are to be delivered to the purchaser by December 15, 2022.
The document does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or sources. However, it does specify that there shall be no prohibition on duplicating pages of the book, as it is intended for the use of public highway agencies or their agents.
