SPECIFICATION SHEET
Mountain Home AFB, ID
Electrohyrdaulic Therapy Machine
15 April 2025
1. GENERAL: The 366TH Operations Group on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires one (1)
Electrohydraulic Theruputic Machine to provide shock therapay treatment to aircrew as part of the Optimizing Human Weapon System Program. This is a brand-name requirement. Any offered product must be the below brand-name.
2. BRAND-NAME REQUIREMENT: SoftWave Gold 500 Li
2.1. Physical Characteristics:
2.1.1. Applicator must deliver 350,000 shockwaves before replacment
2.1.2. Device must be able to be controlled through a touchscreen and foot pedal
2.1.3. Must be able to penetrate upto 12 centimeters into the body.
2.1.4. Device must come with a transport box
2.1.5. Device must be able to plug into a standard 110V outlet.
2.1.6. Device should be FDA 510K cleared
2.1.7. Device shall provide acoustic waves as part of the therapy
2.1.8. Device applicator must utilize water power in conjunction with the acoustic waves
2.2. Warranty:
Contractor shall provide a two year warranty to cover labor, materials, services, transportation and delivery of the device in any case of deficiency.
3. TRAINING: The Contractor shall provide staff training on use of electrohydrualic therapy machine.
3.1. The Contractor shall provide training on the use of the device in person.
3.2. Training shall be provided for two government representative.
3.3. Contractor shall ensure equipment functions IAW the manufacturer instructions.
5. SPECIFICS:
5.1. Shipping must be included in the quotation.
5.1.1. Contractor shall deliver to 366 Operations Group 725 Alpine Street Mountain
Home AFB, Idaho 83648
5.1.2. Delivery will be no later than 30 days after date of contract (ADC).
6. OPERATION SECURITY:
6.1 The contractor shall comply with 366 FW OPSEC requirements and countermeasures to protect critical information as defined in AFI 10-701, Operations Security.
6.2. Contractors shall receive unit specific OPSEC briefing prior to the start of work.
6.3. Briefing documentation must be completed by the respective unit OPSEC coordinator
6.4. The unit OPSEC personnel will provide guidance on protecting critical information, training materials and other instructions as needed
6.5. The contractor will comply with the 366 FW OPSEC Policy that imposes a 100% shred requirement of all government related paper products using NSA approved devices only.
