The lathe controller must include color touch screen, power surge protection, tool life management, M-Code media display, background editing, graphics dry run capability, Ethernet interface, USB port, and 1GB standard program memory. For the CNC Mill, the contractor must deliver one HAAS Desktop Mill with specifications including 6.00-inch X-axis travel, 10.00-inch Y-axis travel, 3.00-inch Z-axis travel, 15,000 rpm maximum spindle speed, ER11 collet spindle taper, 6 T-slots on an 18.1 x 10.6-inch table, and 110 VAC 15A power requirement. Both specifications require delivery within 90 days of contract award with NRTL certification, two copies of manufacturer's warranty statements, two copies of operator/maintenance/repair manuals with three-ring binding, and complete technical documentation. Equipment must be asbestos-free, include emergency stop buttons, identification plates, caution warning plates, and meet CFR Title 29 Part 1910 safety requirements. The contractor is responsible for all shipping, crating, rigging costs, hazardous material control documentation, and non-hazardous waste disposal. The receiving activity (RA) will provide utilities and site preparation. Inspection and testing occurs at origin with government option to witness tests and at destination for mechanical and electrical integrity. Final acceptance is upon satisfactory completion of delivery, inspection, testing, and confirmation that the system meets or exceeds all stated requirements.
