All bidders must complete Texas Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) prior to submission, and written questions must be submitted through Bonfire by the deadline specified in the event schedule. Harris County reserves the right to test goods for quality and performance and may reject products that fail to meet specifications or end-user needs, and any failure to deliver within the vendor's specified timeframe may result in Harris County purchasing on the open market with the vendor responsible for reimbursing excess costs.
