About this file

This document is a set of minimum acceptable specifications for an Eddy Covariance Flux System with Energy Balance, which is the subject of a federal contract opportunity with Solicitation Number 12905B24Q0259 issued by the USDA Agricultural Research Service Pacific West Area.

The key requirements include an integrated open-path gas analyzer and 3D sonic anemometer, a net radiometer, soil flux plates, temperature and humidity sensors, a data logger, an analog expansion tool, a PAR sensor, a rain gauge, soil moisture and temperature sensors, a solar panel and power supply, and various additional equipment and software. The system must meet specified performance criteria for parameters such as operating temperature range, measurement precision, and cable lengths.

The contract opportunity is for the supply of this Eddy Covariance Flux System with Energy Balance, with a 30-day delivery timeline to the USDA ARS location in Adams, Oregon. Offers are due by September 4, 2024 at 5pm PT.
