About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the procurement of side-loading forklifts for the U.S. Air Force in Japan. The amendment modifies the original solicitation (FA520925Q00069) by increasing the required quantity from 2 to 4 forklifts, revising specifications, and adding a new line item for delivery to Okinawa Torii Station. The solicitation covers the purchase of side-loading forklifts with spare parts, to be delivered to three locations in Japan: Kawakami Ammunition Depot, Akizuki Ammunition Depot, and Okinawa Torii Station.

Key details include a delivery timeline of 270 calendar days from the date of award, with inspection and acceptance to be conducted at the destination. The procurement is being conducted as a competitive award determined by lowest price that meets the specifications, following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 procedures. Quoters are required to submit electronic copies via email, with a two-part submission consisting of summary/miscellaneous data and pricing information. The government reserves the right to award all, some, or none of the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and may perform a price realism analysis.
