About this file
This is a Special Procurement Notice issued by the State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services, approving Special Procurement #S-10700-00001256 for alternative dispute resolution services. The notice indicates that this approval has been made pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes and Administrative Rules, and serves as public notification of the procurement decision rather than an opportunity for proposal submission. The notice establishes a seven-calendar-day protest period during which affected parties may challenge the approval by submitting written protests to the State Chief Procurement Officer. Protests must include detailed legal and factual grounds, a description of resulting harm, and relief requested, and should be submitted by mail or email. The Agency's single point of contact for inquiries regarding this special procurement is Jennifer Jolley, State Procurement Analyst, at 971-900-7695 or jennifer.jolley@das.oregon.gov. The notice does not contain information regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or budget amounts.
